In this module, I wanted to talk about something different that I don’t see many rock blasting info sources talk about when dealing with intricate designs.

As you know, whether you are hand cutting stencils out or using a stencil cutter, there is a limit to the amount of detail that can be cut. When cutting out intricate stencil pieces measuring 1/16” of an inch or even 1/8” inch, it can be very difficult or impossible to cut.

Intricate stencils can come from either detailed designs or some regular designs that need to be sandblasted on a small rock or item. Topics sections are discussed in each of the links below.
