Looks real easy but I’ll bet it’s easy to shatter the glass if pressure or abrasive feed is wrong?
Would a soft brush be better for cleaning?
Abrasive can get caught up in rags/shop towel/etc and cause scratches
Isn’t there a lot of silica released blasting glass?

Yeah, the trick is to use fine abrasive and do a very light sandblasting.
I agree a soft brush probably would be better but I have never had the abrasive scratch with a towel.
There is definitely some silca released from the glass but I don’t think its a lot. A good breathing mask should have been used. Stupid me!
